A Biomass Boiler Housing Container Project:

We took a 20ft Used Container as a base
Created a Steel Framework inside at 10ft to create a 10ft Boiler room and a
10ft Fuel Store
Within the partition itself we created a Personnel hatch for access to the
fuel store for cleaning
We provided a porthole Viewing panel in the partition
Fuel store was lined with 18mm marine plywood and all joints were sealed
We created a “v” shaped feeder floor for the auger again out of marine ply
We fitted a 500mm Louvered vent in the boiler end of the container
Re Painted the whole unit
